In this guide we will explain how to setup the windows client and windows connection key to synchronize your printers with our PrintAutopilot app.

Step 1.
- Login to your account on printautopilot.com.
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner and click download windows client.



- Install the windows client and open up the application.

Step 2.
- Start your windows client.
- Enter your connection token.



- If you need a new connection token you can click refresh to get a new one.



- After entering your connection token hit 'Save settings' and then hit 'Save printers'.
- If the 3rd button says start, hit start.
- You will now have printers in your dashboard.



Step 3.
- Next you will need to create a queue where you will be able to post documents to (with API, or with zapier for instance).
- Click 'Print queues' -> 'Add new queue'.
- Name the queue and select an API token (or create a new API token).
- Check the token checkbox, then select a printer to print with.
- Click 'Create'.
- Use the token you generated in zapier and it should post the documents to your queue.
