PostNL - How do pickup-points work?
Can I use pickup-points?
If you want to make use of the pickup function, you have to take out an annual subscription as Shopify basic or Shopify pro store.
As advanced or plus store this is possible by default.
How do i use pickup-points
To turn on the pickup points go to the app and click on PostNL afhaalpunten.
There you can turn on the pickup points.
Then you can set the shipping costs for pickup points and shipping costs to have it sent directly to the address.
When the customers start to checkout, they are given the opportunity to choose from pick-up points in their neighbourhood.
