PostNL - Create labels

Before you print your first label, it is important that the app is properly configured (click here for more information).

To print a label you must first go to orders.



Then select the order(s) of which you want to print the label and click on 'more actions'.



Next you see two options to create a label.



With the first option PostNL Pakke(ten) aanmaken labels are created immediately. For this you must choose a default shipping option in the settings.
As soon as you click PostNL Pakke(ten) aanmaken you will be redirected to a page where you will see the labels.



Here you right-click on your label(s) and click on print.

If you click on the second option - PostNL zendingen voorbereiden - you will be taken to the next screen.



Here you can set the number of packages per shipment and choose what kind of package it is.
As soon as you have adjusted the shipments to your wishes, you can click on 'create shipments' at the bottom and the labels will be displayed just like the previous option.
