Relinking Products for Missed Orders
Issue Overview
If you encounter a missed order in Shopify, it may be due to a product not being found. To resolve this issue, you will need to manually link the product and then re-import the order.
Steps to Relink a Product
1. Access the Order:
- Navigate to your Shopify admin panel.
- Click on Orders and locate the order in question (e.g., Order A493656).
2. Open the Order:
- Click on the order number to open the order details.
3. Link the Product Manually:
- In the order details, look for the section where products are listed.
- If the product is missing, you will need to add it manually:
- Click on Add product or Link product (the option may vary based on your setup).
- Search for the product by name or SKU.
- Select the correct product to link it to the order.
4. Re-import the Order:
- Once the product is linked, look for an option to re-import or refresh the order data.
- Confirm the action, and the order should now be correctly imported into your Shopify store.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot Find the Product: If the product still cannot be found, ensure that it is published in your Shopify store and available for sale.
- No Link Option Available: If you do not see an option to link the product, please contact support.
