The app Marketplace Order Connector is designed to easily import orders from different sales channels into your shop.

Because there are a lot of marketplaces to offer your products nowadays, it's very difficult to manage the orders on the different systems. With our app you can easily import your orders from bol.com into your shop. This way you can sell your products on bol.com with as little work as possible and you won't miss out on any customers.

The most important features of the app are :

Manually check and import orders from our app or you can enable the autopilot, to have the orders automatically imported into your shop.
The fulfillments created in your shop with track & trace are automatically sent to bol.com.
When you sell items in your shop, or update the stock of a product in your shop, the stock is automatically updated in bol.com.

Getting started

Once you installed our order connector app through the app store you will be redirected to the overview page, this is where all your bol orders will show up once you set up your first connection.

PostNL - How do i set up the app?

App settings

In the settings you have to fill in your post nl klantnummer (${color}#ff0000) first. This can be found in the my postnl environment.

The post NL klantcode (${color}#ff0000) must be entered in the 2nd box. The post NL klantcode can also be found in the my postnl environment. First click on name -> my account in the top right corner of my postnl environment.

Then you have to click under module settings on afzender en retouradressen.

The post NL klantcode can then be found under the algemeen general.

Next you need to fill in a PostNL Api-Key(3). You can request a PostNL Test (Sandbox) API-Key via https://developer.postnl.nl the required API's are:

Shipping
Labelling
Shipping
Location

With this key you will need to create a few test labels, to make sure everything works.

When you are done testing, you can get a Production API via the PostNL CIT Service Desk.

PostNL - Create labels

Before you print your first label, it is important that the app is properly configured (click here for more information).

To print a label you must first go to orders.

Then select the order(s) of which you want to print the label and click on 'more actions'.

Next you see two options to create a label.

With the first option PostNL Pakke(ten) aanmaken labels are created immediately. For this you must choose a default shipping option in the settings. As soon as you click PostNL Pakke(ten) aanmaken you will be redirected to a page where you will see the labels.

Here you right-click on your label(s) and click on print.

If you click on the second option - PostNL zendingen voorbereiden - you will be taken to the next screen.

Here you can set the number of packages per shipment and choose what kind of package it is. As soon as you have adjusted the shipments to your wishes, you can click on 'create shipments

To use the PostNL app you need an API-key. We recommend that you first test the app with a sandbox API-key. You can request a PostNL Test (sandbox) API-Key via https://developer.postnl.nl are the required APIs:

Once you are logged in click on 'Jouw naam' and then on 'Mijn account'.

Then you will be taken to the next page and click on 'API beheren'.

Then you click on 'nieuwe sleutel aanmaken' and in the pop-up you click on 'Testsleutel aanmaken' and then you get the API-key With this key you can make a few test labels, to make sure everything works. Login to your account on printautopilot.com.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner and click download windows client.

Install the windows client and open up the application.

Step 2.

Start your windows client.
Enter your connection token.

If you need a new connection token you can click refresh to get a new one.

After entering your connection token hit 'Save settings' and then hit 'Save printers'.
If the 3rd button says start, hit start.
You will now have printers in your dashboard.

Step 3.

Next you will need to create a queue where you will be able to post documents to (with API, or with zapier for instance).
Click 'Print queues' -> 'Add new queue'.
Name the queue and select an API token (or create a new API token).
Check the token checkbox, then select a printer to print with.
Click 'Create'.
Use the token you generated in zapier and it should post the documen
